RETURN HOMEINFORMATION FOR BOOKING
To confirm the reservation, a partial payment of the total stay is required. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, bank transfer, or bank deposit.
Credit card payments can be made in 1 installment with no additional charge, or in 3 or 6 installments with the corresponding interest.
No exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The amount paid as a reservation deposit for accommodation is non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, the stay may be rescheduled once.
The check-in date may be changed up to 72 hours prior to check-in, at no additional cost and within the permitted dates. After this period, the amount paid as a deposit will be considered a cancellation fee.
The new date and rate of the rescheduled reservation will be subject to availability and the rates in effect at the time of the request.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
